About BuildSignal

BuildSignal is a construction-intelligence product for landscape contractors. It turns legitimate public and licensed project data into a focused weekly report of projects that may create demand for landscape construction, irrigation, hardscape, drainage, fencing, and outdoor-living work.

Our mission is to replace hours of permit searching with a ranked, transparent shortlist. Every opportunity is a signal for further research—not a promise that work is available—and includes the reasoning and source context needed to evaluate it responsibly.

The founding release serves Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Luis Obispo Counties while we validate the report with working landscape contractors before building unnecessary software.
